All races held at Via Oro and Carson Street on 0.9 mile loop course
8:00 AM 10 miles. Men & Women.
Sunday March 9th, March 30th, April 27th, May 18th (Makup day due to a rain cancellation),
May 25th, June 22nd, July 27th, August 31st and Sept 28th
Categories: Junior 17 & under, Elite 18-34, Masters 35-49, Masters 50-59, Masters 60+
You must have a 2008 USA Cycling racing license naming Peninsula Cycle Club as your club or you may buy a one day racing license.

March 10 was the first race of the club time trial series. This was an unofficial practice time trial. Special thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Riedl  for doing the timing and lap counting so that all 4 riders could be on the course at the same time, which makes it less lonely and much more interesting. The revelation of the day was 15 year old Ricky Riedl. In his first time trial he posted an excellent time of 27:08 while on a standard non-aero bike. Bob Spalding also rode his first time trial on a standard non-aero bike and recorded 26:02. Steve Catena (rode the Solvang century the day before) battled it out with Alan Becker with three lead changes in the 12 laps. After being tied with Alan after 10 laps Steve recorded 24:10 and Alan posted 24:01.
