Thursdays—7:30 PM Criterium Training. Meet at
corner of Carson and Via Oro in
Long Beach
. 1 hour criterium/speedwork practice. Not a club ride, this ride is open
to all riders. Primarily racers from various clubs attend this ride.

Saturdays—8:00 AM PV Donut Ride. Meet at
Avenue I & PCH in
Redondo Beach
. This is a large group ride for advanced riders and racers and is not a club ride.
Riders participate from various areas in this ride.
